Apt update problem

Hello guys , i’m trying to update but i get this error , what i should to do ???

i use version :
Linux parrot 4.19.0-parrot1-13t-amd64 #1 SMP Debian 4.19.13-1parrot1.13t (2019-01-09) x86_64 GNU/Linux

What method did you use to install Parrot? i use Debian standard (graphical) installation

Configured to multiboot with other systems? yes , i use dual boot ( win 10 )

i have to say too , when i use : apt upgrade , everything work well but when i use apt update i see this error :

Comment out /etc/apt/sources.list file and try again.
