about forensic audio there is a lot of discrimination on open source programs, since in Italy those with proprietary licenses are preferred (to the detriment of the total cost of ownership). I say this because I am collecting information on the topic since I wish to register with the court as a transcriber expert. You could organize courses (possibly in Sicily) on: statistical methods to validate a subject’s vocal timbre through biometric data, anti-tampering and mixing and mastering in collaboration with sound engineers. It is a course that I would gladly attend.
P.S. I am translating open source documentation from English into Italian on my own initiative which will need to be reviewed by a scientific (IT) consultant and which I will share on github.com. You could use it for your courses.
