This is not the first time this has happened but some of the pre-packaged wallpaper are gone? How do I get them back or from where do I download them?

what wallpapers have disappeared? have you upgraded the system? what are the exact commands you used to upgrade it?
you can use https://github.com/ParrotSec/parrot-wallpapers to retrieve wallpapers that arent available anymore, and i too noticed that for example the desktop wallpaper from 3.9 is not on 3.11 wallpapers
