Bash execute on hardware mount

Hi, I am running the latest version of Parrot, I bought a ELM327 ( Serial Can Device) there are a couple modules I have to start when I plug it in to get it to function properly, is there any way that I could schedule a BASH script to run these commands when I plug my device in?

i would use udev rules. look at THIS or maybe you find a better howto.
