System do not shutdown-reboot-logout

Hello to all!!I am a little newbie

I’ve been trying to fix this 2 days…i will get crazy at the end…Anyway…

I installed the ParrotOS from live usb 3 different times.
And all of those installations i have the same problem.
The system do not shutdown-reboot-logout, i should turn it of from the button
When i try to shut it down or reboot the system from terminal or menu…my screen freeze.

I was looking on the internet and i found those solutions

#############################
sudo gedit /etc/default/grub Change the line
GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT=“quiet splash” to GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT=“quiet splash acpi=force apm=power_off”
sudo update-grub
#############################

OR

#############################
sudo apt install nvidia-driver
#############################

None of these helped me…

And on the second solution i tried to install nvidia driver and it stuck on 11% progress…i closed the terminal and now i get these :

sudo apt-get install -f
E: Could not get lock /var/lib/dpkg/lock - open (11: Resource temporarily unavailable)
E: Unable to lock the administration directory (/var/lib/dpkg/), is another process using it?

THANKS!!!
