Bluetooth not working on Ver 4.8(GNU)

Briefly describe your issue below:
Blueman doesn’t detect any Bluetooth device. rfkill shows that it isn’t blocked. It’s also showing two Bluetooth options:
“0: Toshiba Bluetooth: Bluetooth” /n " soft and hard blocked: no"
and
"17: hcl0: Bluetooth " /n “soft and hard block: no”

is there a possibility that the existence of these two could be causing the issue? if yes how do a specify which to use

Qt ver 5.12.5

What method did you use to install Parrot? (Debian Standard / Debian GTK / parrot-experimental)

Are you sure your bluetooth is compatible with Linux? can you give us info on the bluetooth hardware?
