I am attempting to customize the boot animation screen and am having mixed success.
I edited the background, background-next.png, and logo.png files in /usr/share/plymouth/themes/parrot and upon shutdown i was greeted with the newly edited images but when booting up the original images are back!
I have looked in a few other places (desktop-base folders) but everywhere seems to have my edited images, not the default and at this point i dont know where else to look/change.
any suggestions would be great, system info is below.
