Booting a Live OS from USB Stick

Hi guys! I set Parrot as my main OS and I entirely remove Windows so no more “Use a USB drive” option. I want to boot/install a Live OS from a USB. How am i supposed to do that? Thanks!

Btw, I have an issue in my BIOS wherein my Boot menu and bootable devices don’t show up :sweat_smile:. Can I add UEFI mode or something in GRUB? Thanks in advance!

Morning, what make and model is your box, and which version of windows?

Thank you for the reply. I removed the CMOS battery and that fixed the problem. :smile:
