Cannot view online bank statements with Firefox

Briefly describe your issue below:

Cannot view bank statements, with firefox. I used to be able to.

I have disable “Privacy Badger” for the site. I have also set “NoScript” to “Trusted.” But when I try to view my credit card transaction, I just get a blank page.

What version of Parrot are you running? (include version (e.g. 4.6), edition(e.g. Home//KDE/OVA, etc.), and architecture (currently we only support amd64)

Also:

Firefox Quantum ESR. 60.6.1esr. (64 bit)

What method did you use to install Parrot? (Debian Standard / Debian GTK / parrot-experimental)

Dabian Standard.

Configured to multiboot with other systems? (yes / no)

no.

I get no error messages. It just does not work anymore.

hello. if the problem does not come from the plugins, just try to disable the integrated firefox tracking protection by clicking on the shield near the address bar

I went to help, then “Restart with add-ons disabled” and I got it to work.

I still don’t know why it’s being blocked.
