Can't change repository mirror

Briefly describe your issue below:
I got this problem from beginning when i installed parrot, for some reason when i apt upgrade it starts downloading from mirrors that are close based on geolocation (they are really slow), i changed sources.list to but still the same problem occurs.

Here’s sources.list:

# Debian packages for stable
deb stable main contrib
# Uncomment the deb-src line if you want 'apt-get source'
# to work with most packages.
deb-src stable main contrib
# Security updates for stable
deb stable/updates main contrib

parrot.list is unchanged.

What version of Parrot are you running? (include version, edition, and architecture)

Hello, The issue is that you should not have anything in /etc/apt/sources.list except

#deb cdrom:[Debian GNU/Linux 4.5 _Parrot_ - Official Snapshot amd64 LIVE/INSTAL$
# This system was installed using small removable media
# (e.g. netinst, live or single CD). The matching "deb cdrom"
# entries were disabled at the end of the installation process.
# For information about how to configure apt package sources,
# see the sources.list(5) manual.

All sources belong in the parrot.list.

Also NEVER run an update command like that that is bound to cause issues.
ONLY run

sudo apt update && apt full-upgrade -y

I never had errors with that command for 4 years of using it

Add parrot repo remove debian repo
Make your sources.list empty
And run

I guess you can run it if it works for you but its very redundant
