Can't install anything using terminal apt install

Whenever I try to install anything using apt install it works fine until the last minute when it says “Failed to fetch some archivea, maybe run apt-get update or try with --fix-missing?”

Welcome to the ParrotOS Community :hugs:

try using a mirror: https://docs.parrot.sh/mirror-list/

and did you, in fact, go ahead and do those 2 things suggested? were there suggested packages listed as apt made it’s dependency check, at the beginning of apt’s output where it tells you the following packages will be installed?.. information as to your exact problem is a little bit sparse. sort of like telling the doctor, “I have a cough.” and expecting a full diagnosis based on that information.

Ofcourse I tried that before posting it here. And how do we change a mirror?

in /etc/apt/sources.list.d/parrot.list add a local mirror from the download page. here is my mine…in addition to the Parrot.sh mirror i have added clarkson university
I hope it is not more code than allowed without using pastebin…
