Can't Update

Hello, every time i try to update parrot, i get this message :

Then, if i try to install postgresql-11 it asks me to run manualy sudo dpkg --configure -a
and if i do, my PC crashes…

Btw i’m not familiar with linux environment yet thx for your help.

I’m using Parrot 4.3
I’m on dual boot with windows seven


What version of Parrot are you running? (include version, edition, and architecture)

What method did you use to install Parrot? (Debian Standard / Debian GTK / parrot-experimental)

make sure you read what the message says, in linux this is critical but in windows we are tought to ignore th errors and popups. read the page it gives you and remove postgresql 10 and install postgresql 11 and you should be all set
