Cant seem to find how to find and change my mirror for s,p,m?
doesnt seem to be working now.
any help gratfully recieved.thanks

Your sources file is found:

/etc/apt/sources.list.d/parrot.lst

Be careful and we recommend not attempting to add outside repositories as you can break your system.
