Connected to wifi but no internet access

Briefly describe your issue below:
So upon startup, I get a couple minutes of my internet working great but then loses connection. I can ping 172.217.14.78 but whenever I ping www.google.com I get a temporary failure in name resolution. I’ve looked around for a couple hours and haven’t gotten much but I have make sure to reinstall wifi drivers, It also works fine with usb enternet. Any help would be greatly appreicated so I can use firefox for some homework
