Debian looks like Mate

After use sudo apt-get update and sudo apt full-upgrade my KDE looks like as Mate! As well as I lost lots of my applications! I never face this issue before. I don’t want to stay in Mate. Now please suggest me what to do? I wish it’s a bug!

What version of Parrot are you running?
Linux parrot 5.6.0-2parrot1-amd64 #1 SMP Debian 5.6.14-2parrot1 (2020-05-23) x86_64 GNU/Linux After Upgrade command

Configured to multiboot with other systems? (yes / no) >> No

Please kindly look the documentation regarding how to upgrade the system.
apt-get has been long gone haha
always use sudo parrot-upgrade
