Hey guys,
I’ve just plugged a new ALFA AWUS036ACH to the parrot vm (version 4.10) and everything is working just fine.
But the name of the interface is wlx00c0caad8cd2 instead of wlan0.
running sudo dmesg | grep -i wlan
returns:
[ 7.911158] rtl88XXau 1-1:1.0 wlx00c0caad8cd2: renamed from wlan0
I already try to open the /etc/default/grub file and edit the specific line to:
GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX=“net.ifnames=0 biosdevname=0”
and update grub.
but it didn’t work.
Why is that and how can it be fixed to stay at wlan0?
