DNS resolver not work

i can’t connect to any domain because of the DNS problem on my ParrotOS, i check the /etc/resolv.conf and found it normal with this configuration :

nameserver 9.9.9.9
nameserver 8.8.8.8

then i try to restart the networking service:
#service networking restart

But the problem is still there.

then i search for solution and found some blog say the fix in the purge the resolvconf with this command :
#apt purge -y openresolv resolvconf

But also the problem is still there.

then i was try to reinstall the openresolv but get errors because it’s depends on the DNS ,Even when I manually transferred the file to my parrotOS.
