I just ordered the RT5370 Wifi plug and play driver, it is supposed to be here by Tuesday, I am just wondering if the card will work in monitor mode? Only concerned because it says under compatible drivers a similar name, but not my specific one (RT5370). I bought this becuase it said compatible with Kali, Linux, Mac etc. which goes precisely with my situation.
If it is (rev v3, chipset: Ralink RT5370) I see that version listed as supporting monitor mode, but keep in mind some Amazon sellers are not always honest about the chip. If ordering from Amazon be sure to read recent reviews (I was once ripped off by one seller who changed a chip).
