Dual boot parrot without usb

I need to install parrot OS on windows but i can’t without a usb any thing i can do because i don’t have a usb and everything is closed

Hello. What do you mean by installing Parrot on Windows? Do you mean together with Windows in dualboot? If you don’t have any physical media (like usb or DVD), you could use it anyway with a virtual machine through VirtualBox, or with Docker.

yes but i have a very low device and like its hard to run vm as it crashes.

you however need a bootable device (usb) so that you can burn the iso and boot live to install it on your hardware (either single OS or dualboot).
