Dual boot Win10 & Parrot sec. Grub is hanging 2/3 of time

THANKS FOR TAKING YOUR VALUABLE TIME TO ASSIST ME WITH THIS ISSUE. Other then this booting issue the only other is I still have no sound and Ive went as far as to install Nvidia Cuda tools but still no sound. The boot issue is forcing me to do multiple hard shut downs on a SSD. Not sure if its as bad as doinf it on older Spin drive?

I am a newb for sure, but up until a couple months ago I had only ran Zorin for an alt. OS, I have made greta progress in Linux and I work hard to understand what I’m doing before I do it. I am stuck here. I have provided , most likely, too much info here. But TOO MUCH is better then too little?
I was having this issue before the new upgrade as well. As usual, I am hard headed and hate to ask for help but I am stuck. When I boot system I have an admin password set. I log in to admin and I get grub menu with several options set. Ive tried them all and I can get as far as the Parrot logo in middle of screen. The white ring spins around it , but 2 out of three boots, sometimes more, the white ring stops spinning, my fans sometimes go to full speed (very rare) and the system hangs. I am forced to do a hard shut down when it does this? I have changed multiple BIOS settings but problem never changes. With or without Intel Optane turned on and AHCI also on or off, With secure boot always off, fast boot always off, SATA Network stack off always, legacy support enabled, usb enabled, Boot order always Parrot sec on top, If I change that I dont even get an option to boot Parrot, NVME has no options, all I/O interface options enables, Fast boot disabled, CSM support enabled

I will watch the video, but I’ve corrected the problem while searching for something else. I found that I am using btrfs file system and i did not have my start point for the system on a divisible by 8 location. Once I realigned the system it boots perfect 100% of the time. Thanks for advise
