Enable resize windows from all 4 sides

Briefly describe your issue below:
I love parrot. I’ve used ubuntu and kali in the past but parrot is absolutely fantastic.
Only few things that i dont like including the windows cannot be resized from all 4 sides.
Is there a way to enable this feature??

What version of Parrot are you running? (include version (e.g. 4.6), edition(e.g. Home//KDE/OVA, etc.), and architecture (currently we only support amd64)
Linux parrot 4.19.0-parrot4-28t-amd64 #1 SMP Parrot 4.19.28-2parrot4.28t (2019-04-18) x86_64 GNU/Linux

What method did you use to install Parrot? (Debian Standard / Debian GTK / parrot-experimental)
usb installation with parrot 4.5.1
Configured to multiboot with other systems? (yes / no)
Windows 10

Whilst holding alt you can use the right mouse button to resize the window.

I believe we can do it (as the title) before. It must be a “feature not a bug” from Mate team
