**Hello, I’m running Parrot OS on my VirtualBox hypervisor, my guest OS is windows 10, i was running an upgrade when suddenly my windows 10 crashed. Now when i try to start up my Parrot OS, it tells me "error: unknown filesystem. entering rescue mode, grub rescue>. I’ve googled a bit but most solutions i can find are relating to dual booting windows and linux. Please help me. **
