Hi! Try syncing the repository with sudo apt update and then try again.
Make sure anonSurf is not ON by default and then try changeing mirrors list.
sudo nano /etc/apt/sources.list.d/parrot.list
-delete all lines from the nano without the first one, copy and paste from this link (Mirrors list - Parrot Documentation), save it and you are done.

i think current entry servers are broken , i updated information with russian servers and its works fine for me
Because they are broken… he can use a vpn as well as I did.
