GPU Fan always on on AMD graphics

Hello All,

I have an issue with GPU fan is always on and never go idle (in compare with Windows) and my PC is overheating.

But to remark. Everything is good when I run the system from LIVE CD or even after fresh installation.
But After I perform the parrot-upgrade and reboot the issue starts.

System info:
5.10.0-8parrot1-amd64
Parrot OS 4.11"
$lspci | grep VGA
