i deleted parrot main panel with wrong way
i use the latest version
5.14.0-9parrot1-amd64

To get back your main panel, simply put your cursor in place of the panel (both upper and lower or either panels) and right click, you should see an option named as “New Panel” .
Click on it to get your panel back.
