I am currently facing a big problem with Heroku installation.
Even if I installed everything, there is still a problem with recognizing the command “heroku login” as a valid one, with unrecognizing the installed program.
May somebody help?

could you please describe how did you installed heroku on parrot?
i think you used snap, which does not seem to set up binary links properly on some parrot/debian installations
Yes, that is true. I did test the old version with Heroku and now I am on 4.2. so I do not have any problems with it.
Maybe the problem was, just as you said, up to binary links.
