Hello. Use the terminal with sudo to navigate through these restricted access folders. You could always change folder permissions using chmod/chown, but I don’t recommend that.
GUI?if u can run the file manager with sudo.
But again, as already said it’s preferred to use sudo and commands directly through terminal to do your work
