Briefly describe your issue below:
Trying to update gives me error message of unmet dependencies. And I have tried apt --fix-broken install, apt get -f install… nothing seems to work. Help

apt upgrade is unsafe on rolling release distributions.
using apt full-upgrade instead
use apt upgrade --force to override

Used the command you provided link to and it still gives me a dependency package error for linux image and stops upgrading shortly after it begins…

How do i delete old kernels?

cd /boot;ls
You can see kernals with it’s sufficient files , then delete it via rm -r
NOT ALL FILES ; ONLY OLD KERNELS
Parrot10 , Parrot8 related files only [ As per today condition , 04-04-2019]update-grub
Use synaptic package manager if you are not familiar with the terminal. In their you can easily remove old kernels ( linux-image ) which are listed in the residual config section.

Might I also suggest you gbe careful if your going to modify your repositories as it can create problems like this…

You are right the money here. This is your biggest issue. Did you read the docs that tell you why adding repos will absolutely break your parrot machine and you have to reinstall to get a working machine back. The docs are on the parrotsec.org site if you didnt know where to find them

Thanks all. Problem was resolved by removing old kernels, updating grub and sudo parrot-upgrade. I have learned my lesson on using proper commands.

Right on! Its a pretty much a rite of passage around here kinda lesson. Most gave to experience it to learn it way to go though you solved it quickly and youre on to bigger and higher flights with your parrot!
