first make a bootable usb for parrot kde edition using etcher
then you can format the windows partition(system) and then install accordingly

Prerequisite for installation of Parrot OS
1. An ISO image of Parrot OS
2. Rufus
3. USB Drive (8 GB Maximum as per iso size)

Creating Bootable Media
Use rufus to create bootable drive ( UEFI Mode or Legacy BIOS mode as per your Computer)
It would be better if you write DD image mode

Installation of Parrot OS
Use Bootable USB drive to boot in Parrot OS

Steps for Disk Partition
1, Use partition as Guided -Use entire disk
2. Then All files in one partition (recommended for new user)

Use Etcher instead :- https://www.etcher.io/
