Issues adding a dictionary extension in libre office writer

I downloaded the .oxt file from the extension page and tried to add it via the extension manager but was prompted with the following error

Add Extension(s):
/home/broodingpenguin/.config/libreoffice/4/user/uno_packages/cache/uno_packages/lu72987c7zsop.tmp_/dict-en-20200601.oxt does not exist.

This is my current version of Parrot

Operating System: Parrot GNU/Linux 4.10
Kernel: Linux 5.7.0-2parrot2-amd64
Architecture: x86-64
