Some packages could not be installed. This may mean that you have
requested an impossible situation or if you are using the unstable
distribution that some required packages have not yet been created
or been moved out of Incoming.
The following information may help to resolve the situation:

The following packages have unmet dependencies:
parrot-interface-common : Depends: parrot-wallpapers but it is not installable
Depends: parrot-skel but it is not installable
Recommends: desktop-base but it is not going to be installed
Recommends: chromium-ublock-origin but it is not installable
Recommends: webext-privacy-badger but it is not going to be installed
E: Unable to correct problems, you have held broken packages.

Did you perform update with sudo parrot-upgrade?
what version of os are you using? or how old is the installation?

As it’s rolling distro, and if it’s too old or not updated, consider fresh installation and perform parrot-upgrade and then install parrot-kde.
