Media_err_encrypted

My question is about a “MEDIA_ERR_ENCRYPTED” “The media is encrypted and we do not have the keys to decrypt it.” message that pops up when I go to watch an embedded video on a website. I’m starting class up for CND and trying to get more familiar with parrot. Just wondering if this is a proxy related issue or could it be something else? The video works on a different OS. And videos still play from other websites.
I’m using Firefox.

Thanks in advance for any help

Hello. Have you already tried with other browsers? Firefox for Parrot has a few built-in plugins that may not let you see that video.

Yeah I installed Chrome. It worked with that. Just was very confused why it wouldn’t work with Firefox. Much prefer Firefox.
