Msfconsole error - Bundler failed

After updating my Parrot installation I receive an error upon trying to start the msfconsole. I have tried reinstalling both metasploit-framework along with bundler.

I’m running Parrot 4.5-1 installed and updated everything via parrot-upgrade as of March 27th, 2019.

I used the Debian Standard method to install Parrot.

I do not have a multiboot configuration.

Error message:

user@system:~/ sudo msfconsole

[ ] Bundler failed to load and returned this error:
‘cannot load such file – bundler/setup’
[] You may need to uninstall or upgrade bundler

I had the same problem and this answer resolved it : Parrot Upgrade broke msfconsole

I tried this and it does not work for me. Every i download onto Parrot OS doesnt work.
