My USB ports won't read mysticks anymore

I can still boot my USB sticks from bare-metal;but once I load Parrot, it won’t read them. Same for my data sticks formatted in FAT 32.

Linux parrot 4.19.0-parrot1-13t-amd64 #1 SMP Debian 4.19.13-1parrot1.13t (2019-01-09) x86_64 GNU/Linux

Established install, from CD about a year ago.

It is a little hard to guess the problem. Maybe system doesn’t mount your usb device automatically. Or Desktop Environment doesn’t show your device up. Can you plug your usb and run lsblk in your terminal, please?
