My WiFi not working

I had installed parrot OS on my laptop as a dual boot with windows 10.
WiFi working perfectly on windows but doesn’t working in parrot.!!
Did anybody pls help me!!

Parrot os doesn’t install driver because parrot is not finding some pc drivers so not install wifi driver

you should make install wifi drivers

when you want you looking own pc drivers

open your terminal and write

lspci -v

you are going to come Network controller:

after learn

open your mozilla

and write drivers name on mozilla :))

and download to Desktop

that is all

what is the driver? is it supported by linux 4.18 kernel?

How to find them??

Start by researching the device name, if you didnt research if it was compatable with linix there is a chance it may not be. Do you have a good source of documentation in your native language? If you cant find any reference to what youre looking for documentation wise here or on our Docs Portal or FAQ page, my next favorite place to check is on the Debian wiki, followed by if I am really struggling maybe the kali docs but of course you also have me and i love to help people research!

You need to check what “module” you have with the command
lscpi -v

when you type it, it should be all the way at the bottom under “Network controller”
while your there under “module” should be “driver” I’m guessing you probably dont have it installed. so you’ll have to install it.

You can probably find it on this website depending what “driver” will work with the "module"you have You’ll have to do some research.

FIRST PUT IN THIS COMMAND

sudo apt-get install --reinstall git dkms build-essential linux-headers-$(uname -r)

STARTING HERE RUN THESE AFTER LOOKING CAREFULLY

cd ~/Downloads
unzip rtl8821ce.zip (your driver file not mine)
cd rtl8821ce (your driver file not mine)
nano Makefile

Scroll down to line 152 and change the line that now reads:

export TopDIR ?= $(srctree)/drivers/net/wireless/rtl8821ce

To now read:

export TopDIR ?= $ ~/Downloads/rtl8821ce

Proofread carefully, twice, and save (Ctrl+o followed by Enter) and close (Ctrl+x) the text editor.

Now do:

make
sudo make install
sudo modprobe 8821ce (your driver file not mine)

RUN THESE COMMANDS AFTER I HAVE RUN THE OTHER ONES ON TOP

cd rtl8821ce (your driver file not mine)
make clean
make
sudo make install
sudo modprobe 8821ce (your driver file not mine)

RUN IF IT DID NOT WORK WITH THE OTHER COMMANDS

sudo apt-get install --reinstall git dkms build-essential linux-headers-$(uname -r)
git clone https://github.com/tomaspinho/rtl8821ce
cd rtl8821ce (your driver file not mine)
chmod +x dkms-install.sh
chmod +x dkms-remove.sh
sudo ./dkms-install.sh
