need help installing parrot security

hello everyone,
i’m very new to parrot and i have an issue installing it on virtualbox, it’s apparently stuck in the boot screen with the countdown resetting everytime it reaches 0, none of the other options work when i choose them

  • Parrot version in use (if you are not aware of it, open terminal and type cat /etc/os-release | grep VERSION): parrot security - 4.11.2-2020.05.25 amd64

  • Kernel version (if you are not aware of it, open terminal and type uname -r):
    can’t even boot
