No audio -- I think it's a firmware thing

I just installed ParrotOS on my HP laptop. It seems to be working fine, but there is no audio, and no device is detected. Here’s some info:

uname:
Linux parrot 5.8.0-2parrot1-amd64 #1 SMP Debian 5.8.10-2parrot1 (2020-10-05) x86_64 GNU/Linux

lspci | grep audio
00:1f.3 Multimedia audio controller: Intel Corporation Comet Lake PCH-LP cAVS

lshw | grep audio
capabilities: removable audio cd-r cd-rw dvd dvd-r
description: Multimedia audio controller
configuration: driver=sof-audio-pci latency=32

Scrolling through messages, I see

… so, it looks like this distro doesn’t have the firmware for my intel audio card. Does anybody know how to get and install it?

Thanks!
