Hi,
I am using the security version and i have installed it last night. But i am facing issues with RAM and OS got freeze after some time.
I am using only two to three programs and it is consuming almost 72 -80 % of RAM.
I don’t understand what to do.
If anyone can help
that will be much appreciated.

  • Parrot version in use (if you are not aware of it, open terminal and type cat /etc/os-release | grep VERSION):

  • Kernel version (if you are not aware of it, open terminal and type uname -r):

  • Logs/Terminal output (use pastebin or similar services):

  • Screenshots:

Hello. What programs are you using? On the “Processes” tab you should see how much RAM they consume. In idle it should not take more than 1 gb.

I have to constantly manage my processes. FF + Burp or ZAP can consume RAM very quickly.
