Do the staff or someone have a old version of an parrot security iso that can be installed onto a usb that holds 3gb , can parrot also be updated from an old version to new version? Like within the os.

3G flash drive is too small to fit parrot, maybe Light kali linux could do so.
Update OS from older versions is not the best way to do it, problems and crashes usually occurs.
