I can’t seem to open any tools within parrot unless if I have a password for the administration I tried both my root and my user account to log in and failed what should I do?

What was your fix? I have no available way to log into administrTor , but I have very carefully made sure 6 times of reinstalling I have exact passwords I maticulasly made sure of. I am able to log in, but administrator password efforts say I am wrong???
