parrot-upgrade not upgrading some packages, could it be kali parrot mix? I never had kali repos.

Apt could update some packages but will not do so with sudo apt upgrade, only with sudo apt upgrade --force.
Also parrot-upgrade is not upgrading them:

It seems like a mix of kali linux and parrot? but I never had the kali repo added, I only used the parrot repositories and northvpn. Could it be these were taken from kali repo into parrot repo and renamed? The version numbers are the same.

Hello most of our security tools are / were pulled from Kali repository. We are switching to maintain them ourselves slowly. the packages you are showing are dropped by us or are going to be dropped. You can remove them just fine.
