Parrot will not update a fresh installation.

the forbidden ip is actually because of mirror issue
and also remember
never use apt-get while updating system. other time it doesn’t affect much
but while doing system upgrades,it is recommended to use
sudo parrot-upgrade or
sudo apt update && apt full-upgrade
