partition /boot pleine

bonjour,
j’ai un message pour me signaler que la partition /boot est pleine et que cela pose problème.
dans la liste des fichiers ci-dessous, lesquels puis-je enlever ?
du -sh /boot/*
202K /boot/config-4.19.0-6parrot3-amd64
201K /boot/config-4.19.0-parrot4-28t-amd64
212K /boot/config-5.2.0-2parrot1-amd64
11M /boot/grub
62M /boot/initrd.img-4.19.0-6parrot3-amd64
62M /boot/initrd.img-4.19.0-parrot4-28t-amd64
62M /boot/initrd.img-5.2.0-2parrot1-amd64
62M /boot/initrd.img-5.2.0-2parrot1-amd64.old-dkms
12K /boot/lost+found
3,3M /boot/System.map-4.19.0-6parrot3-amd64
3,3M /boot/System.map-4.19.0-parrot4-28t-amd64
3,5M /boot/System.map-5.2.0-2parrot1-amd64
5,0M /boot/vmlinuz-4.19.0-6parrot3-amd64
5,0M /boot/vmlinuz-4.19.0-parrot4-28t-amd64
5,3M /boot/vmlinuz-5.2.0-2parrot1-amd64
Cette partition a donc 284M de fichiers.
du -sh /*
0 /0
4,0K /bin
284M /boot
Merci beaucoup pour votre aide. Bruno.

Veuillez exécuter la commande suivante:

sudo apt autoremove -y && sudo apt autoclean -y

redémarrer

sudo parrot-upgrade -y

merci pour votre conseil. je l’ai fait deux fois et les deux fois il m’a enlevé networkmanager pour le remplacer par network-manager et alors impossible d’avoir accès à internet. j’ai refait une installation sans le /boot bloqué à 380 M. je pense que ça devrait aller. pourquoi network-manager ne fonctionne pas, je n’en n’ai aucune idée.
merci encore.
