Please help with starting

Briefly describe your issue below:

What version of Parrot are you running? (include version (e.g. 4.6), edition(e.g. Home//KDE/OVA, etc.), and architecture (currently we only support amd64)

What method did you use to install Parrot? (Debian Standard / Debian GTK / parrot-experimental)
So I am new to parrot, I installed it and am running it with visual box with liniux and desbian 64 bit. I’ve gotten through most of the installation but I have a busy box that I can’t get around. Says help for commands but mine just says “alias by break cd chdir command continue echo eval exec exit export false by getopts hash help history jobs kill let local printing pad read readonly return set shift source test Times trap true type ulmit unmask unalias unset wait” PLEASE HELP
Configured to multiboot with other systems? (yes / no)
