Problem with kismet

Hello people, how are you?

So, after 3 days i enter in parrot and discover the new update, i used the command:
$ sudo apt-get update
and the
$ sudo apt-get upgrade
to install it, ubt on the 5% i receive some messages take a look at the sequence:

-What version of Parrot are you running?
I’m running the Parrot Sec 4.6

-What method did you use to install Parrot?
Debian GTK

-Configured to multiboot with other systems?
Yes, Dual boot with windows 10

And how can i remove the repo i download and installed using

sudo apt-get upgrade
sudo parrot-upgrade

?
