Problem with update and package installer

Good morning everyone,

I have a problem with package installation and update. Nothing works.

When I run:
sudo parrot-upgrade
I get this:

When I try to install any package it does not work. I already change the mirror in my document: /etc/apt/sources.list.d/parrot.list
