I tried to install the os on a usb persistently everything was fine until this appeared, does anyone know how to solve it?
Create a 2nd 20gb share on the usb in ext4 format and select it as /. (all from live mode)

do you mean you are trying to create a Live+Persistence USB?
if yes how did you created the persistence partition (CLI or GUI software)?
if exactly that, I ended up achieving it and I loved it installed by the hard drive
