Screen brightness not adjusting

Fairly fresh install on my HP Omen 15, I’ve been trying to adjust the screen brightness since it’s not able to adjust on the laptop physically on the keyboard.

  • ParrotOS iso in use:
    5.10.0-6parrot1-amd64 #1 SMP Debian 5.10.28-6parrot1 (2021-04-12) x86_64 GNU/Linu

  • Application used for flashing the iso:
