I think the problem actually is in gnome-keyring 3.34.0-1 cause i manually installed version 3.28.2
yesterday and told u it did nothing.
But i forgot to remove version 3.34.0-1 so now i completely removed that using synaptic and did a reboot.
And now my system loads my desktop right away after login, and no error about at-spi-bus-launcher when i try to shutdown.
But maybe i was just lucky 
And can i give me problems now to update ?

Does anybody still have this issue? I am seeing at least 3 users confirmed they are still having the problem.
I have 2 netbooks that had this issue , it was fixed after upgrade.

its a bug but it will get fixed soon when the update is available
open terminal and dont be root type :
shutdown now - this shuts down the pc immediately
shutdown -r - this reboots the pc
shutdown - this shuts down the pc after one min
As far as im aware, the bug was already patched a while ago.
