Shutdown/Reboot doesn't working

Suddenly I’m facing power off issue. The system doesn’t turn off.
Tried to shutdown via terminal, the same issue occurs.
Recently I reinstalled the os. But it’s doing the same!
I configured the system to multiboot with Mint. Mint is working fine.

Search the forum for ‘power’, ‘shutdown’, ect…
A few people have had issues with shutdowns before, their solutions might help you.

Also what exactly is the ‘issue’, could you be more descriptive?

The exact issue is ’ I can’t shutdown or restart my machine by commanding shutdown or restart’ .
